Hello
I am looking for some advice please so if some one can help it would be really useful.

I have BBS02 750 wat 48 volt I have done 1950 miles from new and it has started developing a fault this is if you select assistance level eight or nine the power from the motor drops and the display stays on but it displays no power is being used.
It comes back again and then of.
My battery is new I have tried it with an alternative battery, with the same results.
The motor does not get very hot and the battery still has 65% capacity.
I have tried with a fully charged battery with the same results.

Can the batteries you are using supply the current ? 25 amps - what is their max continuous rating ?

Yes, I wondered if the older battery was not up to the higher power levels anymore and the new battery didn't have a high enough max continuous rating, there's quite a few that are only rated 20 amps max continuous discharge current
