Looks to me like the kind of hard protrusion that you may not get away with.

Love the keyword stuffage, though.

Anyone for the "Soft Couple Multifunctional Sex Pillow".

Sorry, what do you mean by not get away with it ? I was thinking of using it as a second rear bike light. One that lights up the road with laser to compliment a bright flasher led

The light is nobigger or more solid than many others ?

Missed the key word ! [emoji15]

The failing with all these that a vehicle's headlight, especially when dipped, will overpower and wash out the laser image. The latter is bound to be weak anyway, the black road surface being the worst possible for showing an image.

As a practising pedant, I love the wording of the advert, particularly:
"is beneficial for the novice to make Para auxiliary line when they driving back into the garage." What the hell does that mean (sorry I'm a novice.)
Also"Don't directly with your eyes"

Sentences pieced together from a dictionary probably! :)

I think they're trying to say that the edges of the projected image are helpful to a driver wanting their car well aligned when reversing into a garage.

Plus the standard laser warning not to look directly into the beam.

They'd probably do better if they dumped the dictionary and used a free online translator.

True to a great extent

But these are 12v /24v and I'm hoping more powerful for it

I hope it is ok for you, but please let us know. There's a lack of independent feedback about the efficacy of these laser beamed road images.

In addition to the laser, I mean is there a rule about mounting a hard protruding object on the back of your car.

Road Traffic Act 1988 Section 40a :D .

http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1988/52/section/40A

Is it different from eg a bonnet mascot, of the kind that vanished 40 years ago due to posing a risk in accidents?

I can't judge the size of course, and I don't know where the lines are drawn.

I'm guessing you'd be ok with a minor addition on the rear of a car. Just look at the motorcycle situation. They too had to remove dangerous projections from the front, starting with the one-time in-line front number plate which could guillotine pedestrians. But the rear of today's motorcycles is a mass of potentially dangerous projections, such as the silencer tube end, the number plate and projecting rear light and indicators, pillion passenger footrests etc.

A neatly mounted laser doesn't compare with that lot.

I have had those laser rear lights for ages now, very good for a couple of quid, the brackets are very flimsy though hence why I have 3 lol

And they cost just over a quid here if you don't mind the slow boat :)
