A while ago at an Ironbridge pub, a couple rode in on Btwin step-throughs with full suspension. I thought that they'd make a nice conversion. While searching for details about them, I stumbled accross this that looks really good for the price. I can't find any details about the battery. Anybody know anything about them?

Look at this video that shows the folder can be wheeled when folded, and the video about their quality controls and lifetime guarantee is also impressive:

Decathlon B Twin bikes do seem to get a good rep every time I've seen them talked about on other forums. The Rockrider mountain bike and the Triban road bike are often being recommended.
I'd say they're definitely worth taking a serious look at.

Impressive honesty, saying the battery is good for 350 to 500 charges. It's good to see such achievable realism instead of the customary exaggeration.

totally. It's difficult not to be impressed.

their battery is made by simplo - one of the best known brands and guaranteed for 2 years.
Mechanically guaranteed for 5 years and the frame for life.

My interpretion is 350 to 500 charges to maintain 100% capacity, not the normal 80%.

Shame about the 24v. Still, the Cyclamatic wasn't a disaster at 24v. Where else can you get a full suspension electric bike for £700?.

Yes, I noted that Dave, but with only 192 Wh, not much loss of capacity will be acceptable for many.

As you say though, great value.
