I've been fitting a yosepower kit to my folding bike. I think the cables were meant for a much larger bike!!. The motor cable is about a meter too long but I've managed to hide that in the frame. Looks fine but will be a pita when I have to remove the wheel for punctures etc. It's the 1 into 5 cable that's the problem. I only need the display (green) connector and the 9 pin one that plugs into the controller. The plan is to cut it and then rejoin it leaving out the other connectors. Is there a pinout for this or are the colours consistent through the length of the cable? Or if anybody has a better idea how to do this it would be much appreciated.
