If I need my battery charging while on the road I just call into the next pub and ask if I can plug my charger in somewhere while I have a few brandies and have never been refused.
I always point out that I will use less than 10p worth of electricity and consume at least a tenners worth of brandy,I was even offered a free double in one pub in exchange for a ride around the car park....

Most of you guys have it easy. I routinely carry 30Ah of lipo bricks that are too much of a ballache to remove from the bike to charge. As well as a charger, I also carry a 10m extension cable, a commando to 3-pin converter and an RCD to take advantage of any charging opportunity I might come across on my travels.

I carry 48Ah of Multistars on long runs and they take less than 60 seconds to remove for charging.
