controller and .. for a bafang rear hub motor

Hello I'm starting a new carbon e-mtb for road and offroad. Light.
I bought a 250w bafang hub rear motor (3 pins (higo)) . Does it mean sensorless ? 9 pins mean with sensored ?
it is a bfcst 700c 13 36v 250w 1703128627 bafang rear hub motor
I have a rear derailleur with a ten speed cassette.
I want to buy turnigy (2*5s) battery (5ah) to start for a light bike.
I bough a magura ebrake with higo pin.
could you tell me if My hub motor is really sensorless?
Is a pas necessary ? (I have a hollowtech shimano xt Bottom bracket)
Is a throttle necessary ?
I a cruiser a good thing ?
Could Throttle and cruiser be built in the same unit ?
I need a controller but which one (bms battery pspower) snsor or sensorless. Can I buy a 350w and just use 250w ? Which is the ampere limit (10 15 20A?)
Does the display have 3 5 6 speeds ? Which display can have parameters I can change ?
Which controller can be programmed ?
Does the controller have higo connections for my magura ebrake and my bafang motor ?
What about cycleanalyst ?

How about showing us a pic of the motor and connector so we know 100% what you are gibbering about.

Is a pas necessary ? Yes it is how else do you plan to ride it legally!!!!

I'm back in, I asked for a pic and you kept saying it's three pins typical of a newbie know-all. The reason we ask for pics is to see for ourselves the complete picture, although that is just a stock pic from Bafang it clearly has nine pins showing and not three. So it is for a hall sensored hub motor.
You will find we like clarification so we get the whole picture then we can offer advice on what we actually see.
