I have recently got a cyclotricity conversion kit ( 1000W ), i can get about 28mph on it. But i have seen people use 1000w kits from other places and get over 35mph. Can anyone help me so i could get mine like that ( a bit faster)

A 53v battery will get you up to 30 mph and a 60V battery and controller will get you up to 34 mph, otherwise you need to get a faster wound motor. You'll need a 45 amp controller to get to the speed you want, and for that you'd need a special battery.

The motor won't overheat at 30 mph. It's when you use full power at less than 15mph where you'll get problems.
