Looking good so far, fingers crossed the price is reasonable, could be a superb kit for a ultra light ebike

Thanks for the link PJM. As I commented on before we've waited so long for this kit I fear things have moved on. Already the Oxygen battery mounting is far neater than the Cytronex and we now have the more robust Dapush motor available that will suit a wider install base than the fragile Tongxin motor...

It will be interesting to see what motor they have actually adopted. I note in an earlier post from Mark at Cytronex that they tested and rejected the Dapush unit.

Intriguing. I wonder if that was due to a technical reason or just marketing...

Looks like they've stuck with the Tongxin motor, but in black.

Probably because no internally geared hub can yet compete on it's all round lack of friction drag.
