Anyone know anything about these nice looking folding e.bikes?

Weird folding pivot which serves to make the folding bikes excessively heavy. They are proud of it but to me it's a poor design from the point of view of function. They also do some other bikes, including a front hub electric with in-frame-triangle battery. I see from their exchange code 0115 that they are based at that traditional English home of bike marketing, Nottingham:

This folding bike weight 24.5 kg. Bike of similar specification and bigger batteries can easily weight 4-5 kg less.

I love the look of this bike, however .... it weighs 5.5kg more than my Fast4ward edge which is a pretty similar machine, albeit without the unique design. The Edge (which is about the lightest folding 20-inch ebike you can get, up to press) is heavy enough for me, and it's unlikely that I'd be able to lift this bike to get it into the car. Looks incredible though. But I get the feeling (borne out by a bit of internet research) that this bike is more of an exhibit than a viable means of transport.
