Eugh, all lower-case writing - he or she apparently can't be bothered to make the advert presentable. And yes, the tone too - I wouldn't dream of doing business with that seller.
I recall it was either WHY or AutoTrader magazine that recommended against 'no timewasters' messages in adverts. I'd have thought it was pretty obvious: if a seller might accuse a potential buyer of 'timewasting', that sounds like there's an obligation to purchase. Thus, such phraseology serves to reduce the number of respondents - not very wise!
