disability scooters

Is there any money to be saved by buying sla batteries from diability scooter shops and could they be used in my e.bike(izip Ezgo),there are two such shops in my town but nowhere selling batteries for bikes.

The battery types will be the right high discharge ones, but you'll need to measure the three dimensions of one of those in your battery case and compare with what they stock. The scooter ones may well be too large in size to fit in your case.

I doubt you'd get better prices from a disability scooter shop than can be had elsewhere. My guess is that they'd probably be at the higher price end.
