I know what I don't want (I already have that)

I need a low step through, with shedloads of power to take me not very fast, everywhere, even up hills

I needs to be light, with big wheels, suspension, very sit up and beg

In fact a complete cross between the 2 bikes I have

The crusa is too heavy and all the weight is at the back so it's unstable when I walk with it or load it on the train

The fazua is too big for me I can't get my leg over the bar and my legs aren't strong enough to register on the torque/motor

Oh, this is fun! Such power! I wonder if I can vote twice to cancel that out?

They are mostly rear rack battery / rear hub so will all be a bit rear heavy but you probably need to try them. I think the rambletta is the lightest of those (around 20kg) which is 4kg lighter than the Cruser

I think Wisper had some ex display models at a discount

@Katymac hasn't said if shoplifting is one of her hobbies, but I hope it is. That certainly looks like an exciting activity, but probably not worth it for anything under £250.

Trouble with that is databases: facial recognition at self-checkouts when shopping at other stores will flag you, and you'll get banned there too. Over time those databases will become larger and shared by more shops, and eventually you won't be able to shop in person anywhere.

That's possible right now with overhead electrified tram lines and supercapacitors! Sod all this heavy, expensive and dangerous battery malarkey for electric vehicles.

What does the Crusa weigh? How heavy would be too heavy? I think @Peter.Bridge's suggestion of trying a few out is a good one.

Alternatively, perhaps you could make the Crusa lighter by using a smaller battery? A battery expert might weigh in here, but perhaps you might not lose too much range, if a custom battery was made with the right high quality cells? This probably won't reduce weight by much.

Sadly as a shop keepers granddaughter I go back and return a 2p if I get too much change so shoplifting isn't for me, even if the staff at Tesco didn't know me by name

The crusa is about 25kg (acc to the website) but panniers with a weeks shopping or going away for a few days plus a decent lock.....?

The centre of gravity is a problem too

I tried the Rayleigh Motus a couple of years back and couldn't get to the top of my hill, darent even try on the Fazua as I can't get to the end of my road!
