Do these derailleur points needs to be lubricated?

Just wondering if these points need to be lubricated, or are they sealed?

My rear mech gets cleaned and sort of unintentionally lubed after pretty much every ride.

I use MucOff and water to clean it down, then use an airline to dry it, spray with duck oil, use the airline again to blast it all clean, then wipe it over with a clean cloth. I get about 500-600 miles from the jockey wheels before they are completely worn out and pointed

Crikey, what on earth are you doing to that poor bike

Yesterday, I checked the whole drivetrain on my 750w BBS02 with 500 miles, and it doesn't look worn at all.

No idea. :(

I suspect that it is the riding conditions here, and is also why chains also wear out at quite a rate. The forest soil is very abrasive and has a sand surface on the very top, that is as fine as talcum powder.

My pedal KTM mtb is now laid up as well. The dampers on the forks have blown. :(

I've never found it necessary to lube the top pivot, but the jockey wheel greasing can dry out after getting dirty and washed off repeatedly over time. Then I usually just use a drop of a thick gear oil to relubricate their bearings.
