The problem was the rubber oring that sits on the flange. The inner ring isn't affected but the outer one has a built in spacer which sits over this rubber ring . Take it off and it's fine. What does it do exactly?

Told me they don't sell it on its own due to high cost of management.. lost in the translation..
It seems to work OK.. I wanted to be able to go slower on tricky uphill bits and now I can

does the 18t sprocket look like this ?

that is in 1 piece or do you have a separate spacer as that one was custom made and not for sale.

he also has 13t for the smaller sprocket and cant find them anywhere.?

i think if some one could make a spacer that size then could just use two normal sprockets and be a lot cheaper.

cmon eddie sort it out ;)

id want 16t and 20t for my bike but its not an option unless i can find a spacer to work with the normal connex sprockets.

tho as eddie wears out the smaller sprocket will be cheap to replace and give him the speed down hill and not spin out with the 18t.;)
