Seems like an expanding market here in Switzerland too.

Yes, sales booming throughout mainland Europe, but surprising variations. Odd that Germany is so low at around 4 to 5% of new bikes sold being e-bikes, so much lower than Holland. Even that German level is amazing though compared with Britain where we lag far behind, less than half that level and probably around 1.5 to 2% of bike sales this year.

I live next to Lake Geneva; it's quite an affluent and somewhat hilly area and it seems like about every 3rd bike I see around here is electric. My 10 yr old is counting down the years until he's allowed one.
