Hi guys just a quick one would there be a big difference in controller spped etc etc
1000w to 1500w 45amp or
2000w 45amp

Speed isn't determined by watts or amps, it is voltage and motor winding (rpm) that determines speed fore-mostly.

So if iam useing a 58v fully charged battery there would be no difference in power motor torque

Torque is defined by current x voltage they are both the same.

60v 80A not cheap tho but you can use it to power and 3 phase motor a guy even put one on a bosch motor lol.

Unless it is a very fancy controller it will get rather hot at its max claimed current, and either self limit to prevent overheating and failure, or not...

So actual achieved power depends on more than the peak numbers.
