How would you know if a ebike controller as gone bad.
It was working the other day sw900 display lights up but no response from the throttle or pedal assist any more all the settings and the wiring was the same as it when it was working could I check the voltage with a multimeter

One carry out resistance testing for the mosfets to look for a short.

Cheers mate i will take a look the only thing I did the other day is check the voltage on the throttle and pedal assist and getting 5 volts

Has the bike had a knock, been dropped or had a soaking? Has it been subject to a big overload?
Is it not working at all?
Often we find that a request for help comes without the full circumstances being stated. It makes it hard to give useful advice.
Have you visually checked all the plugs?
