Hello fellow pedelec owners, i have a problem with my generic 1000w ebike kit from china.
The bike itself works fine but the lights are not working.

I connected the following lights to the controller:
2 of these on the back of the bicylce:
http://nl.aliexpress.com/item/1-Pair-12-80V-Car-Auto-Red-LED-Day-Spot-Light-Bulb-for-Motorcycle-Car-Electromobile/32575383468.html?spm=2114.01010208.3.1.ayqUtI&ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_8,searchweb201602_2_10017_10021_507_10022_10020_10009_10008_10018_10019_101,searchweb201603_2&btsid=339227de-2fcb-4951-a32f-30f5de0db703

And 1 of these on the front:

And the first try they worked perfectly. Then i retried later and they started flickering and then turning off. Then i tried for a third time and now neither of them works anymore. The LCD still gives light and the bike is as powerful as ever, but the lights will not come on.

What i also find weird is what i measure voltage it gives me 40,8 volt on the imput of the lights, but the battery has a clear 51,8 volts. And as soon as i connect the lights to this 40,8 volt line of the lights it starts going to zero volt, and giving peaks of like ~50 volt that rapidly go down to zero again in miliseconds.

Help would be much appriciated!

EDIT: the 52 volt output works fine on the lights. Immediatly working and staying up, tested 3 times no flickering. But yeah....i can't control those by the LCD :( They are always on when the battery is connected.

Oh well done, well in principle anyhow! I remember you asking if you could connect them up, so it's good you have, although a shame something has stopped the correct voltage going through - if the new controller does resolve the issue, please post a how to...
