In Netherlands, 2016, 126,000 people in Emergency Dept after road traffic incident. 26% were Cyclists, 11% were moped or Motor assisted bike (didn't differentiate between ICE & electric, sloppy!). Nevertheless, they conclude that assisted cyclists were most at risk. I don't see how 11% is bigger than 26%, but then I'm not averaging an $140,000 per person, per year in pay, hehe. Maybe it's coz of how few leccys there are, but they don't say.
