If that happened to me, I'd play along with it. "Sorry, did I run in the back of you. I thought I was standing still. Are you hurt in any way. If you are, we have to call the police and can't leave the scene. I'm so sorry if I hurt you." When the police come, show them the recording. The way she did it, she gave them a chance to run away, never to be found again. I hope the bike had the correct reg plate and was registered to one of them.

I thought it was standard Insurance company advice to Never Say 'Sorry", as it could be construed as admitting liability.
Also don't say Yes, or OK, for ditto reasons.
Answer every question with a .. question or I See or We Shall See or Time Will Tell, etc? ?:oops:
