eBike surge in popularity

Shame we dont get the same tax incentives/tax breaks that our E Biking European brethren enjoy.........Come on Gordon (or anyone) its a vote winner!

Rather than divisive "subsidies" I'd instead prefer existing tax to be spent on decent and equitable transport for all (yes, even including responsible motorists) in a similar fashion to the Netherlands, in such as way that everyone has less "breaks" (as in broken bones!)

Commonly ignored law though. One of the two largest e-bike dealers in the States, Nycewheels, is right there in New York!

One of our members, RobNYC, commutes into the city every work day on his eZee Quando without problems.
