but if you want a bike with a throttle then you would have to buy in the UK.
I would get a bike locally, as E Bikes can be problematic so nothing like local back up

Actually it wouldn't be in throttle only mode, France only has the EU regulations and our British ones don't count there. It's rather like the way cars have to be changed to meet their laws and conditions, corrected headlight dipping for example and the safety items that must be carried by motorists in various EU countries.and of course the throttle wouldn`t actually be legal in France? is that correct?
