I have fitted Marathon Plus Tyres to my Forza over the weekend, & oh boy! am I glad I did, not just for the normal benefits mentioned many times on the forum, but because the inner tube fitted in the front Kenda tyre was half bent over double for 4 inches and trapped against the wheel side. This only allowing half the tube to inflate at that section of the tyre. The best consequence of this would have been a puncture on a journey, & worst a blow out at speed.
Does this happen occasionally in the assembly of new bikes
, or am I just unlucky.
