Great service from Alien

I fitted an Alien kit to my wife's MTB around July last year.

Last weekend it stopped working.

Living not too far away I popped up to see Jim and Roy today. A quick check and a couple of the battery cells had failed. New battery replaced under warranty there and then.

This is the type of service I have always received from Alien but felt it was worth a post

I had a similar problem battery replaced in 4 days by post, top guys can say no more.
