Hi
I lived in Bristol
I have a electric bike-IZIP CB26
My battery had just gone suddenly yesterday.
Does anyone know where I can buy a new battery in Bristol?

Thanks

You may find suitable ones at your local Maplin store David, but make sure the connectors are the same type. Also that may be a more expensive way to buy.

Otherwise it's the usual online suppliers, and this post from Footie is helpful in suggesting some:

SLA battery suppliers

question about the battery of electric bike

Hi
Thanks for flecc and fcurran brillant response
I have visited Malpin.
But, I don't know which battery is what I need.

I find a battery pack on internet
The price is about 130 pounds, very expensive, even I can buy a new bike

Parts - IZIP BATTERY 24V FOR CB26 CU26 CU24 EZGO TRICUISER

Is the price reasonable?
by the way, Do I need to buy the whole battery pack?
or can I just buy the battery inside the pack?
Is it difficult to change the battery by myself?

My battery charger is 24 V 1800 mA. (IZIP C26)
Which battery should I use?
Anybody can help me?

Thanks

David

You can just buy the two batteries inside the pack David, and that is what I intended when recommending Maplin. If you open the pack and make a note of the connections before disconnecting them, you can easily change them. You can measure the three dimensions in millimetres to get the right size replacements, but make sure the connectors are correct before buying, since there are two different types.

If Maplin haven't got the right ones to fit, just try the links on Footies post to get them by post.

That Izip battery is a reasonable price since it's the complete thing, but it's obviously cheaper to change the two batteries inside yourself.

Also have you tried Atmosphere Electric Bikes which Frank recommended?

thanks

I find it is difficult to change battery by myself.
There are two many lines.
Is there any information or picture which show how to change the battery?

Anyway, Many thanks for flecc and fcurran kindly assistance
I may be go to the electirc bike center to change a battery.
It is cheaper than buy one from internet by post. I can save more than 40 quids.
