That's strange, the ends look level on the new ones, they must be broken

I was more thinking both in the same pic at a slight angle to gauge the drop out depth, I doubt that one is any different for the other.

is there a way to adjusting them

Spray some WD40 down the fork legs inside the seals and hit the brace between the stantions with a mallet or a block of wood and a hammer and they should free off.

So I checked the front shock and found that the left side shock is 8.76mm and the right shock is 8.06mm is this enough for the wheel to lean to the left
