Can anybody give me an idea of the best rear wheel kit to buy for under £500 is there much difference speed/quality with the numerous manufacturers.
The bike has 26"rims.
I'm building a lithium battery at the moment that should be pushing 20ah@ 48v.
Is it better to spend a bit extra, or just get a cheap eBay jobbie an replace when required.
Many thanks.

Best for what?
Some have a lot of torque, some have high speed, some have high power, some have a lot of features, some are smooth and quiet, some have long life batteries, etc.

It would be great to have an upto date set of spec sheets for the main motors on offer. Mostly we get volts/ range/ max speed etc, but I can't remember torque being quoted often and for me that's one of the most important things to know as it describes the ability to accelerate.
