I have recently purchased an electric bike, hallvard from eBay, brand new but missing the charger. It is definitely not stolen as had both the keys and he has a good reputation, he just bought a job lot of bikes. I ordered a charger from Japan but it seems to be the wrong one as only has 4 pins but my battery has 5 pins and so doesn't fit. Apparently I need a panasonic battery charger. Anyone know where I might get one from? Her are a few pics of the battery. Any help will be much appreciated. Baba

Not sure as Panasonic ones here, here & here only have four pins.

The ones Wander has shown should be correct for you, since not all the pins are used when either charging or riding.

This link shows the details of what the pins do.

However the base of your battery looks slightly different, but that may just because it's in fact one of Derby Cycles own versions for the Panasonic unit, not made by Panasonic.

Have you tried German eBay? They usually have lots of generic batteries and chargers for Panasonic.
