How to change locks??

Need to replace the keys and locks ln my bike

How about this: Buy some new ones. Remove the old ones and install the new ones.

He has an e-rider, typical Chinese SLA e-bike, scooter style with pedals. No idea on details like locks, but I daresay it will be using scooter parts.
