when changing leavers is it coman for the hose to be stuck in the old leaver where the olive has been done up ,an expanded so it can not be removed, i have had this on a rear caliper and im soon to swop the leavers for ones with switches in them, i thought they would of been like pluming or car brakes an you would be able to disconect an reconect .i see that with new leavers you get new fittings so you could shorten your cable to fit them if the old ends are stuck
am i just unlucky some gorrila in the factory over tightened mine or is it how it is with them?
thanks paul

So it looks like there is an outer cover(G) to the screw in bit(F)
I dont know this model i only deal in servicing Hope brakes, but i suspect you pull off the outer cover G, then using a spanner - possibly 8 or 10mm to remove the hose. Then reverse to reattach
