A great interview but I agree some wonderfull language/jargon too

Thanks for posting. Some of the things they said about asking the customer the right question were spot on. Also I related to the comments about wanting an ebike that did not look like and ebike, plus that for some having a ebike that looked like an ebike and being proud of it was ok too.
