Most front wheel kits look very easy to fit. Especially the ones that use the water bottle fittings for the battery and a power button instead of a throttle.

20 minute job!

But I'm sure the guy in the video knew exactly what he was doing and had done it before.

No reason why not, but a bit impractical for two reasons, the handlebar button control of that powerful motor is flimsy and too harsh being just an on/off system, not one for use in traffic. The other reason being the high weight on and around the front wheel, making the bike horribly front weight biased.

There is one bit of cheating in that video too. Bikes have 10 mm flatted spindles, the Bafang type motor has 12 mm which invariably means filing out the forks a little.

Non-starter really, when taking a little longer one can have a similar but sensible weight balanced installation with a proper gradual throttle action.
