Kalkhof Aguttu- WOW!!

My wife recentley purchased one of these machines and was so impressed she persuaded me to join her. Being partially sighted and overweight the amount of exercise I get is restricted. It is not safe for me to ride on the road so I am limited to cycle tracks. This weekend I successfully circumnavigated Carsington Water in Derbyshire, an almost totally off road cycle path some 9 miles long. The bike coped with it a breeze even the few steep inclines were no obstacle! I would 100% recomend the Kalkhoff as a quailty product that does what it says. Looking forward to next weekend and the opposite way round. For thise that are interested Carsington is nationaal cycle route 54A and they have bike hire on site (non electric) A distance pf 9 miles might not seem a long way but to me its like walking to the mooooon.

The Agattu is definitely one of the greats of e-biking, for many a perfect balance of everything that's needed.

Congratulations on your purchases. I've had my Agattu for about 16 months now and it has tranformed my daily commute. I have been so impressed by the quality of the build and its ability to cope with the very very steep hills of Bath.
