This appeals to me more then a phone..but guess your right, I'm to fat and old for one......read some pretty good reports on it. but not such a bargain, as I thought they were more expensive

Not sure the correlation unless you mean because its good looking, works well and does what its required to do with out a lot of messing around.

Actually looks like it could be quite a interesting bike of course without seeing and trying it there is no way I would spend that kind of money even if I had it.

I'm confused by it - look like a hub motor but also a hub gears ? I think I read 3 gears but my German is what I recall from gcse and extends to "ich mochte kasekuchen"

There is a BionX rear hub version now that incorporates a 3 speed SRAM gear hub, and that appears to be it. I'm sure the motor is still direct drive though, the gears available only to the rider.

Yea but thats provided you believe all the anti iPhone hype. From personal expereince I dont but then again I never went out to buy a iPhone but the best product for my needs which happens to be a iPhone.

Yes 48 v BioniX system I believe.....So not cheap, Bionix popular in Germany with own forum within pedelec, never really took of here because of high price I guess..mainly the price of battery the real issue
