Hi everyone.
I couple of years ago, I bought a brand new MICK Imaginarium folding electric bike, which was shipped from Spain. I won't bore you with the details, but we did not use it as intended but stored it unused until now. The battery was charged a couple of times during that time but never used on the bike.

Now I'm wanting to use it. The battery charges ok and the light changes colour to show it's charged, then I press the switch to the on position and turn the key to the start position. Nothing happens at all. There is no throttle and the manual describes a different model so doesn't help. I can't find any English website. There's no light to show the bike is getting power as far as I can see and I don't know how it's supposed to start moving. I assumed you just start pedalling and the motor kicks in, but this isn't working.

I can't see any loose connections and have no idea where I can get any help. There is one shop near where I live which stocks elec bikes but when my husband went in to ask if they could look at it they were very rude and just said they don't touch foreign rubbish. I can't find anywhere else in the Manchester / Liverpool areas where we could take it. I originally bought it online and the seller is no longer contactable.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please? I don't mind paying for it to be sorted if only I know where to take it.

Thanks in advance!
