We just received our latest shipment from eZee and Cyclezee now have the new downtube mounting batteries.

They are 36v 14.5Ah with Sony V3 18650 cells and the controller is integrated with the mounting bracket.

The DT batteries will be offered with all eZee kits and for bikes where downtube battery can't be fitted we still have rear rack/carrier mounted FP version as shown below.

Hi Tony,

Yes lots of options from eZee.
Forgot to mention the DT cells are Sony 10s5p 2.9Ah and not the cheaper 2.2Ah.

Very nice. Centre of gravity relative to the mount point looks good too. Better than the standard new style bottle batteries. Good to prevent lug rip out accidents

One day I'll be able to afford your gear ! I'm not saying it's unreasonable btw Not at all .its just outta my range for time being

I hadn't seen one in the flesh until this morning and I am quite impressed, the case is excellent and the mounting plate is a quality bit of engineering which is what I would expect from eZee, far better than some of the generic products on the market.
I would like to treat myself to one for Christmas, but the almost 3 year old FP battery on my eZee conversion refuses to die:(o_O
Yes I know we are not the cheapest on the market, but we believe we sell quality products and provide good after sales service;)

The only inconvenient is the capacity of 52 cells only, if they have a 100 cells version I'd be so happy

Is that in any way better than what is in the market for downtube battery with integrated controller?
https://bmsbattery.com/battery/701-bottle-ebike-battery.html

I have the cheaper version (with cheaper cell) from bmsbattery, and I have to admit it's one of the best kit I had to date.
Hi cwah,
The eZee DT batteries are only compatible with eZee products, they are not generic and don't use cheap cells;)

With respect, how much did you pay for your battery including shipping, VAT, import duty and handling charges?o_O
How long is the warranty?o_O
And if you have problem who is going to deal with it, how do you get it to them and how long will it take?o_O

I actually purchased a batch of US18650V3 last year, and although they really good performing cell, the NCR18650PF are definitely a higher level cells. US18650V3 have 2250mAH capacity and 3C discharge rate. NCR18650PF have 2900mAH capacity and 3C discharge rate. The winner is clear and these cells when purchased as authentic are about 50% more expensive so it really reflect that.

Shipped to london cost me an arm especially with duty fee. The cheaper model cost me close to 450GBP shipped with customs. And warranty is only as long as paypal expire (so about 6 months).

But I'm not worried about warranty as I know how to repair these pack, and I plan to shortly replace them all with the latest NCR18650BE at 3200mAH which is 50% more capacity than the US18650V3.

If you haven't used 3400mAH cells, now it's time to try. These lightweight cells transform the bike. I tried them on the Woosh Zephyr-B. The bike becomes so much more nimble after shedding 4 lbs in comparison to the Big Bear.

only 100?:)

If I could work out a way to do it, my whole bike would be a battery!:p

Or maybe I should just look at a small fuel cell! - ahh if only such a thing were possible and affordable!:(

Which exact cells are you talking about trex, and do you know anyone who would make up a pack with them? I've seen the Woosh Zephyr-B pack but it's too long and flat for my use.
