18 kilos is a good weight for that style of 20" wheel bike Dave, less than most, some like that reach 24 kilos.

Avron....fortunately beauty in the eye of the beholder...the three folding bikes now in the Kudos range have their own advantages/disadvantages.
The Secret is light to handle
The Cheetah is full suspension, longer range
The Versatile has the easy nexus 3 hub

Cwah....that top photo from Conhismotor, are my eyes playing tricks?....it looks like it has no gears, direct drive?....also the weight is 22kgs...it took a lot of effort and expense to get the Secret bike down to 18kgs,as you have realised in previous postings carrying 4 kilos around is difficult.

Yeah, it seems that it's a single speed bike. I'm not sure if it's direct drive or not because the motor is quite small.

However the bike weight 19kg. 22kg is the gross weight (when the bike is inside the box)

I have real problems when I see a bike like the Kudos Secret as I want to add it to my collection! Just how many bikes can a man have? I have my manual for the very occasional outing when I fancy a short ride and some good tough exercise going up the hills. I have my Oxygen which I love for my 16 miles round trip to work, and now I want a fold-up so I can stick it in the boot of the car or take on a long train journey and use the other end. The Secret looks ideal. Two bikes I can justify, could I really justify a third? Am I in danger of becoming a collector? Anyone else got one for every occasion? :)

I had three e-bikes for a few years, a Giant Lafree Twist Lite, an eZee Torq 1 and an eZee Quando 2 e-folder, plus a Trek unpowered bike overlapping those for a while to make four in all. Oh, and two trailers.

We have members who have far more than this!

One can never have too many bikes.

The Woosh Zephyr looks like a great deal, that fits all my requirements, if the spec is to believed another one to research.
Still looking for my first e-bike.

Go for it! It's only money. A guy on ES said the number of bikes you need is N+1, where N is the number you already have. That's why I have 6 at the moment and will shortly be building number 7. I'll have to sell some soon, but I like them all. I also have 24 guitars and couldn't bear to part with any of them. I guess I'm just nuts, but I don't care.

Thank you flecc and d8veh, I feel much better now, I thought I was beginning to suffer from a sort of bike cleptomania (sp), but now at least I know I'm not alone and there's lots of support on this forum for my condition :)
