Is there a record for the lightest eBike?

Not that I know of. Commercially they've got down to circa 16 kilos, but it's not really practical to have it as a record. One could be produced much lighter but have little power and range so be near to useless. A normal bike in comparison is always a capable bike, not matter how light.
