I tried the Oxygen bike, is that what you mean? It did not really stand out as anything above other makes. There were bikes I prefered more. However I did not find a single bike that made me grimace and whine! They were all more like (turn to camera) "niiice" or "smoooooth"
OXYDrive was not available to test ride this time, we did have just one unit fitted on the bike and to be honest it wasn't really very safe show as David's 905sel got stolen I would never put our only kit bike on the test track after that.
Powerwise I agree with you Spinalot, there are plenty of bike that run almost the same, that's mainly due to power limit we have and only those ''250W''

bikes with bigger motors can have that whoof factor.
The new OXYDrive it is more about design, functionality and quality rather then loads of power. On the first edition they will be fitted with 8FUN front motor until we finalise our own new front motor with new type of clutch.
Having tested all of the available off the shelf motors I can say that all of them are nice but also all of them have a downsides. I've been also testing the Dapu motor for over the year now. I find it less powerful then the Dapu, making a lot more noise then 8FUN and being more limited as when it comes to fit a disc brake as it requires special custom disc. Also for us makers amazingly 8FUn is more expensive but due to proven reliability we decided to use these motors on the first edition of OXYDrive over Dapu. I would love to have our own front wheel motor finalised before but then again the OXYDrive would have to be put on hold till the next year.
all the best
