Hi folks,
I've got a 24v conversion kit front wheel drive set-up. But I'd really much rather a rear wheel drive (my quill type headset is taking a battering!) and see a number of screws on the right side of my Suxhou Bafang QSWXB motor hub. Has anyone heard is it possible to replace one side of the motor hub with one so that can take a freehub?
thanks in advance for any help or if anyone has ever heard of anything!

The side plate can be changed, but the spindle shortness could be a problem with regard to the extra width required by the multi-sprocket freewheel.

I did do this on an eZee Torq 1, changing the Suzhou Bafang motor from front to rear using devious methods, and you can read the whole story on the link below. Not easy though:

Surely it would be easier and possibly even cheaper to buy a new BF motor?

Thanks for the replys, I'm gonna make do with the front wheel drive set up, but between one thing and another I'm just not happy with my overall conversion and am planning a rebuild at the moment!..
