Cateye Velo model 5 or 8. I've got one of each and the model 5 has been transferred across several bikes over the years since 1993, 3 unpowered bikes and two electric assist. I haven't a clue how many thousands of miles it's done over those years, though I know it did just over 5200 miles in the first year '93/94 to meet my target of an average 100 miles a week to regain fitness.
The model 5 has the usual basic measurements, the model 8 adds average speed and a few other things. My model 8 on one bike has done over 5000 miles.
