Perhaps they just need a jolt of genius to find all those non-existent charging customers? Hehe :D
I liked the bit at the start of his vid where he tried to make out he is an unbiased commentator.

And obviously cherry picking and of course out and out lies and fabrications.

First of his channel is 100% negative EV, and an promoting misinformation as truth. The channel owner is pro petrol. So anything that comes out his mouth CANNOT be relied upon.

Plus it's Mike posting it which tells you everything you need to know :D ;)

So whats he saying. Whats his big revelation -

"UK drivers are shunning EV's"

Really ?
Not according to sales data

I also like the way he speaks on EV charging(point of the vid) but the reality of that is a bit like complaining that there is no garages to fill up their model T Ford in 1908.

The point is give it time. EV charging isnt as god as it could be right now, but if a company is paying £345million for rights to EV charging, its clear there is huge profit in it and it is only a matter of time until we as many as we need.

People like that YT channel owner are dinosaurs, who havent realized that they are living on borrowed time

Obviously, you don't know anything about him. He owns and uses an EV as his main car, so how can he be 100% negative? What he is against is all the fake news promoting and marketing them. He's been a car salesman and dealer all his life. He's an expert on how the market works. He's also an expert at how Autotrader works, since he's been using it for very many years as a key tool for his trade. Most of his videos show that statements made in the press about EV sales are not substantiated by actual facts and real data, and about EV depreciation and it's effect on the car industry. I can't remember him ever saying anything against EVs themselves.

Something new has happened in the car sales industry that I hadn't seen before we had BEVs. The new car sales are surprisingly high. Those "sold" cars disappear for roughly between 12 and 24 months, then they reappear being sold as used cars with effectively zero miles on the clock at huge discounts. They're then sold again, sometimes to even a third owner, still with zero miles on the clock. In my reckoning, that makes the average EV sold three times, when an IC car would only be sold once and kept. Is that how they inflate the EV sales and can claim that both the new and used market is buoyant? You can confirm this by checking Autotrader to see all these used EVs with only delivery miles on them at huge discounts. I pointed them out about a month ago.

100% he's putting out falsehoods as facts

Next. Check the comments on all of his 'EV' vids. Are they all pro EV, or are they all shouting about how bad EV's are

Most of the examples in the comments are 3rd hand, or it was a friend, or a couple of guys, or even apparently a random police officer informed a member of public who he didnt know all about the cars the force bought but were no good

The people who are attracted to his channel and vids.
Do you think they are for or against the concept of an EV ?

But even if you put all of the above info aside. According to Mr Crampton - The UK public are shunning buying Ev's
So the graph i put up, which is from the motoring industry itself, contradicts that point

He is a petrolhead. So nowt else is acceptable

You're completely wrong. Here's his latest video advocating for EVs:

You should bother to read my EV posts. Then you'd know that well over 80% of e-car buyers have a home charger and a high proportion, like me, buy a car that has a range covering almost any of their journeys.

Why would we want to buy expensive public charger electricity?

Perhaps we can all get free Motability electric cars?
What, you mean hard of thinking doesn't count?
Sugar! :p
misleading and misinformation.

It is only available for people who are on High rate pip/dla. I have autism and am on middle rate, and you have to be pretty seriously unwell to get onto high rate, especially since the tories spent the last 14+ years doing everything they could to stop paying benefits even amongst the most vulnerable. Mock medicals, multiple changes to the rules and criteria etc etc.
So if you get high rate mobility, you will have jumped all the hoops, and even the heartless tories couldn't manage to force you out

In this scheme they are LEASED a car. They are not given it, and the certainly do not own it.
So their income from the high rate pip/dla is what is used to pay the monthly least rent on the vehicle.
This given them a basic car, but they have to option themselves to add to lease costs and opt for a better car.
You see stories about disabled people getting given a merc.
The truth is they werent given a merc. They paid the extra out their own pocket

Labour MPs call on Starmer to focus on radical ideas to lower cost of living
Exclusive: Warnings from group of 104 MPs come amid fears party could lose next election if voters do not feel better off
“We have some of the highest electricity, housing, and childcare bills in Europe. This is because we are dependent on natural gas for our power, don’t have enough social homes and the last government failed to invest in the childcare we need … [living standards] is the most important issue to our constituents and the country.”

All UK households could face 'radical' shake-up from Labour to lower cost of living
MPs have called on Sir Keir Starmer to focus on "radical ideas" to lower the cost of living, according to the Guardian newspaper.

Labour MPs form new group as they urge prime minister to focus on living standards to help ward off Reform
"After 14 years of living in a no-growth economy and with some of the highest bills in Europe, our constituents are struggling to make ends meet," they said.

Labour will fall like Biden.
Not. Biden had his age and heath against him. Starmer has a good 2 terms. Plus, he is more pragmatic than Biden.
