Still with the possiblity of a puncture on my Pro-Connect in the future(God forbid), I wanted to become confortable with removing the wheels on my Pro-Connect.
Removing the front whell is very easy, though the rear wheel is another matter.
Can anyone go through the process of doing this....
I feel you can probably just undo the rear wheel nuts, push the wheel towards the frame and slip off the chain, but how do you dis-engage the gears.
Any pictures would be very helpful and good future reference for the growing Pro-Connect owners club.

PS if I can manage it I will try to produce a rear wheel removal procedure to send anyone, but I will need the information regarding the gears first.
PPS 50cycles info pack should really contain this procedure for future owners really who are not bike savvy like me.
