I was only looking at Youtube yesterday evening at the Sunday cycling around Bogotá, Colombia. Why can't the same be done every Sunday in London.

We do it in a part of London one Sunday in the year, so we're 2% of the way there.

I think Bogota has the better chance of good weather though, many English Sundays we probably wouldn't want to ride.
