Just a thought.

First day it's rained 'properly' in London for about a month, and I was wondering whether there are any problems, known or imaginary, about riding an e-bike in the wet?

Allen.

It depends on your bike, I think it has improved a lot recently and I'd been through some really heavy rain and once the battery level indicator went a bit random, other than that I've had no problems. Other people have needed to seal bikes up to keep them working but it's a while since I heard that mentioned.

Today's bikes are generally better than in the past, and the Panasonic unit that's on many can even be submerged while cycling through deep water and not be damaged. I've done that.

I don't think that anybody has been electrocuted yet.
However I wear rubber gloves, shoes and pants, just to make sure.;)
