I've tested my e-bike using the diagnostic software, and no issues were detected. However, I'm still facing the same problem with the display — it shows almost nothing when connected to the bike, even with a fully charged battery.(see photos)
Interestingly, when I connect the bike to my laptop and run the software, the display functions normally and shows everything as expected. This leads me to believe the issue might be with the connection — possibly the cable from the controller to the display, or from the battery to the controller.
The display is removable and connects via a 5-pin (NMEA-style) connector, which can be unplugged near the frame where it joins the cable running to the controller and battery.
My questions:

My questions:
- Does anyone know how to test the voltage on these 5 pins relative to the battery? I’d like to identify whether the issue is on the battery/controller side or within the display cable itself. I’ve attached some photos for reference.
- Is there anyone near North Oxfordshire who might be able to help by testing my setup with their own display? I'd like to confirm whether the rest of the system is working and whether my display might be water-damaged or faulty.
