I have had so many pm's about these bikes that it is easier to answer all questions in an open thread, the e mail system is so slow where I am that a pigeon would be quicker.
All the bikes are brand new, never used for demo purposes.
We are selling off the BH range because it does not sit comfortably with our Kudos price point. My personal opinion is that the bikes are wonderful quality, the Bosch powered Xenion 650 at £1550.40 must be the cheapest Bosch powered bike currently available.
We only have a limited number of bikes, first come first served. If the number of e mails I received are an indicator,Monday morning at Kudos will be busy.
Stock for disposal.
(1) Neo Cross @ £1479.60
(1) Neo X-treme @ £1479.60
(2) Xenion 650 @ £1550.40
(1) Xenion 700 @ £1689.60

Sorry, but is this really a forum discussion about electric bikes, or is this just free marketing for traders? Am I missing something?

If I may just correct you on one point Rustic, the forum is not free for official trade members which Kudos are.

Posts by official traders are easy enough to spot, so members can make their own minds up about whether a post is marketing hype or not and ignore it if they wish.

I think that most would agree that trade members do make a useful contribution, but it would be interesting to get some views on the topic, but we may well be covering old ground here?

I don't see a problem with Kudos's first post imo.

They are bonafide signed up dealer on these forums and the post is clearly a sales thread, not masquerading as anything else and it isn't intruding on anyone elses discussion.

As for being free marketing - the dealers pay for the privilege.

Agreed. I find some of the trade members posts most insightful. Those I'm not interested in can be ignored.

I'm not worried about these trade posts, they can do favours for members as in this case where at least one person has picked up a bargain.

The blatant promotion posts with no benefits for members I just ignore.

I agree with the majority of posters , and have no problem at all with trade posts , also as previously stated the majority of such posts are very insightful and not blatant self promotion.

But at least you know its spam. Better than someone pretending to be independant when in reality they are not.

To paraphrase a famous quotation, “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but there is just no pleasing Eddie”. :p

I appreciate you pay for the privilege of promoting yourself. But what erk's is the inappropriateness of it on some threads. More like SPAM then genuine considered input...

Perhaps a good thing though, if everyone is easy to please, those trying to please don't try very hard.

Eddie makes 'em work for their living. :)
