Hi,

I have had the Salisbury for about 2 weeks now and was wondering how can the speed restricter be removed?

Thanks

I'm almost certain it's not restricted so there's none to remove. The Salisbury/Windsor is made for the UK/EU market and it's motor is intrinsically low powered and merely runs to it's limits as it approaches 15 mph. Many e-bikes are like this and show it by the top assisted speed declining as the battery empties, often about a 1 mph difference between fully charged and three quarters discharged.
