Two things must be the same about both batteries, volts and amps.
The maximum amp-age of the battery is different to the AH rating. It's the number of amps that can be drained at any moment, safely. A fuse should protect the battery, but will keep blowing if your bike demands too much from the new battery.
So, find out if your controller indicates what amps are drawn from the battery and then you'll have all the info you need. Or perhaps someone will be along shortly to tell you what the figures for your bike should be.
