I think they mean orbital geared motor, in other words the common internally geared motor.

There is a slim German kit motor that sits in the frame seat tube and drives the pedal shaft through a helical gear, but this isn't it since the motor cable enters the rear hub motor on the left hand side.

It means that the motor uses helical cut gears rather than straight cut gears. All the Q-series motors have helical cut gears.

I can't remember now, but it could well be. The new Wispers have Aikema motors.
